 As a swing coach, I see so many players come out of so many shots. It is my contention that your spine angle has to be maintained from address all the way through to the finish.The Spine Board Will Help Address three major problems. A. Prevents swaying on the back swing. B. Will allow you to post up on your front side. C. Maintains your spine angle throughout the swing. The Spine Board legs must be filled with sand, the extra weight is important for stability. There are two caps to place in the legs for transporting. |
